Hey Lola Limoncello Tiramisu

A dessert that tastes of home and sun.
Creamy, fragrant and with the fresh taste of Hey Lola Limoncello and the soft sweetness of mascarpone. Ladyfingers dipped in coffee – sweet, fresh and soft.

A tiramisu – with the smile of Southern Italy. 🍋

For 6–8 people
250g mascarpone
200 ml whipping cream
80 g powdered sugar
3 egg yolks
100 ml Hey Lola Limoncello
200 ml cooled espresso or strong coffee
200 g ladyfingers
The zest of 1 organic lemon
Cocoa powder or white chocolate for decoration

How to do it:
Beat egg yolks and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the mascarpone and stir until smooth.
Whip the cream in another bowl to soft peaks and carefully fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
Stir in Limoncello and lemon zest.
Dip ladyfingers briefly in espresso and place them at the bottom of a dish.
Spread half of the cream over the top and repeat with another layer of both.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours – preferably overnight.

Before serving: sprinkle with cocoa or white chocolate.

Best enjoyed with a chilled glass of Limoncello. 🍋
